All the rooms located inside the mansion are romantically themed in elaborate decor, gorgeous window dressings with Austrian Sheers, black-out curtains & beautiful hardwood floors. All are provided with plush bed coverings and linens, private baths, cable TV, VCR's, ironing board & iron, alarm-clock radios & refrigerators.
 
We also have new contemporary themed rooms which are located outside in the courtyard area. Need a room for business trips, well the new Mini Corporate Suite may be just what you're looking for. We even have a Jambalaya Ya-Ya Suite that also features the contemporary themed decor located in it's private wing of the mansion.
For your convenience, each newly renovated bathroom is equipped with its own hairdryer, bathrobes, and a magnified makeup mirror.
Our resident host will greet you in the breakfast room each morning with a light complimentary continental breakfast, served from 8:30am – 10:30am. Breakfast includes a selection of coffee, hot teas, orange juice, fresh fruits (apples, oranges, & bananas), bagels and wheat bread, assorted pastries such as, Cinnamon Rolls, Cherry Cheese Danish, Bagels and a variety of Cereals.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check -In time is 2pm to 6pm (CST)  Check-Out time is 11am (CST) If arriving later than 6:00pm or earlier than 2pm, you must call (504) 412-9500 PRIOR TO DATE OF ARRIVAL & make special arrangements with management. Any check-ins at or after 7pm will be charged an extra fee of $25.00 and check-ins after 9pm will be charged an extra fee of $50.00 both payable in cash only. Reservations are only guaranteed until 7pm and will be considered a "NO SHOW" unless the Magnolia Mansion reservation office has been contacted.

All overnight guests must be 12 years or older. (No Pets).

Check In guaranteed after 3:00pm CST | Check Out: 11:00am CST.

NOTE: Reservations are only guaranteed until 7:00pm and will be considered a "no show" unless the Magnolia Mansion reservation office has been contacted. ALL Late and Early Arrivals MUST notify the hotel ahead of time to make special arrangements prior to your arrival. Late arrivals after 7:00pm will be charged $25 and after 9:00 pm will be charged a late fee of $50 dollars. ALL LATE CHECK-IN FEES ARE PAID IN CASH ONLY.

NOTE: PLEASE BE ADVISED, IF RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED AFTER OFFICE HOURS AND GUESTS NO CALL OR SHOW AFTER CONFIRMING ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL $50 NO SHOW/CALL FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

Magnolia Mansion is a Non Smoking Property (smoking is allowed outside on Veranda). The hotel has a $300 dollar smoking fine. NO SMOKING NO CANDLES NO INCENSE OF ANY KIND.

NOTE: All reservations made through 3rd party reservation systems are guaranteed a specific room type but not a particular room. In order to be guaranteed a specific room choice, bed-size, particular bathroom amenities, floor level or other special requests, you must call Magnolia Mansion direct to book your room.

NOTE: Rates, Pricing, & minimums may not apply during special events, holidays or convention dates. Additional per person charges may apply. King & Queen accommodations are for a maximum of two persons per room. NOTE: The Mardi Gras room can accommodate up to four adults. The Vampire Fairytale and Storyville Bordello Jazz can accommodate up to three adults in each of these rooms ONLY. EACH PERSON, AFTER THE SECOND GUEST MUST PAY $50 PER DAY PER GUEST.

All Reservations are Pre-Paid in Full at the Time of Booking.

If you card does not go through we can only hold the room for 24 hours without payment. After that we will need to remove the reservation from our system.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note if cancelled, modified, or in the case of a no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. NO REFUNDS

All Holidays, Special Events, Convention Dates, Special Promotions, Gift Certificates, Ghostly Getaways, Elopement and Wedding Packages are Pre-Paid, NON-Transferable and NON- Refundable.

Any Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements and seasonal rates.

Hurricane cancellations receive a full refund, credit towards another stay or a change of date with no penalties or fees. When given a minimum of a two week advance notice, some room reservations & packages can be credited to a future date based on availability. This credit must be used within 3 months from the original reserved date & cannot fall over Special Event, Holidays, or Convention Dates.

SECURITY POLICY: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: All Overnight Guest Must be 12 years or older. No Pets!

No unregistered guests allowed in guest rooms or on mansion property at any time, unless Pre-arranged with management prior to arrival.

PARKING: FREE Street parking. You can park front and side streets around the mansion. No Meter Parking.Guest parking is NOT allowed in our courtyard.

NOTE: No Elevators, Stairs only. Wheel Chair Access is NOT available inside the mansion, only on the courtyard rooms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!
