ROOM RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICIES: All Cancellations must be given in writing. A $25 cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations, including early departure. RESERVATION PAYMENT METHOD: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express Discover and Cashiers Checks. NO CASH, Debit Cards, Travelers Checks or Personal/Business Checks. NO EXCEPTIONS
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Because this is a Romantic Destination, we do not accommodate children. All Overnight Guest Must be 21 years or older. A government issued photo ID and credit card are required to check-in.
IN-HOUSE RESTRICTIONS: Magnolia Mansion is a SMOKE-FREE environment within the Mansion and our no-smoking policy is strictly enforced and monitored by ADT smoke detectors. A designated smoking area on the veranda available with ashtrays provided. Sorry, no candles, incense, red wine, Bloody Mary's or pets allowed. No coffee makers or cooking allowed in Guest Rooms. No unregistered guests allow in guest rooms.
PARKING: Complimentary parking provided based on availability. NO RV'S, U-hauls, moving vans, trailers or trucks allowed.
NOTE: No Elevators, Stairs only. Wheel Chair Access is not available inside the mansion, only on the courtyards.
