NOTE: All reservations made through 3rd party reservation systems are guaranteed a specific room type and not a particular room. In order to be guaranteed a specific room choice, bed-size, particular bathroom amenities, floor level or other special requests, you must call Magnolia Mansion direct to book your room.
NOTE: Rates, Pricing, & minimums may not apply during special events, holidays or convention dates. Additional per person charges may apply. King & Queen accommodations are for a maximum of two persons per room. NOTE: The Mardi Gras room can accommodate up to four adults. The Vamps Bordello & Bordello Storyville Jazz can accommodate up to three adults in each of these rooms ONLY.
BE AWARE there are no elevators at Magnolia Mansion, stairs only. Wheel Chair Access is not available inside the mansion. It is only in the courtyards & the down stairs and Big Easy Gathering Banquet area.
All Reservations are Pre-Paid in Full at the Time of Booking.
All Cancellations Must be Given in Writing for Security Purposes.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the reserved arrival date are fully NON-Transferable and NON- Refundable.
All Holidays, Special Events, Convention Dates, Special Promotions, Gift Certificates, Ghostly Getaways, Elopement and Wedding Packages are Pre-Paid, NON-Transferable and NON- Refundable.
Any Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements and seasonal rates.
Hurricane cancelations receive a full refund, credit towards another stay or a change of date with no penalties or fees. When given a minimum of a two week advance notice, some room reservations & packages can be credited to a future date based on availability. This credit must be used within 3 months from the original reserved date & cannot fall over Special Event, Holidays, or Convention Dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All Room Reservations are Pre-Paid in Full. Standard 30 Day Cancellation Policy: When cancelled within 30 days of the reserved arrival date ALL Room Reservations are completely nonrefundable and nontransferable, and will result in full forfeiture of payment. If Cancelled more than 30 Days out, it will result in forfeiture of one nights Room & Tax.

Magnolia Mansion is a NON Smoking environment within the Mansion and our no-smoking policy is strictly enforced and monitored by TYCO/ADT smoke detectors. A designated Smoking area is allowed outside, with ashtrays provided on only on the left side of the veranda.
NOTE: no candles, incense, red wine, Bloody Mary Drinks or pets allowed or allowed anywhere inside the Mansion. Also, No coffee makers or cooking allowed in Guest Rooms.
No unregistered guests allowed in guest rooms or on mansion property at any time, unless Pre-arranged with management prior to arrival.
Check -In time is 2pm to 6:30pm (CST) - Check-Out time is 11am. If arriving later than 6:30pm or earlier than 2pm, you must call (504) 412-9500 PRIOR TO DATE OF ARRIVAL & make special arrangements with management. A late fee of $25 cash will be required at the time of check in for all late arrivals after 6:30 pm, a late fee of $50 cash will be required for all arrivals after 10:00 pm.
Late & Early arrivals or late departures must be pre-arranged with Magnolia Mansion prior to arrival in order to accommodate arriving or departing guests.

PARKING: FREE Street parking is only available at this time.

Magnolia Mansion is steeped in rich history and is historically known as the Harris Maginnis Mansion. It once operated as the headquarters of the American Red Cross during World War II (1939 -1954), and now operates as one of New Orleans finest upscale Bed & Breakfast Guest homes. With eleven phenomenal Corinthian columns and massive wrap around Veranda, this property is one of New Orleans most photographed and treasured architectural Garden District Antebellum homes (built in 1857-58). Magnolia Mansion is a strict non-smoking property (there is a designated smoking area outside on the veranda with ashtrays provided). Please note, this property is without elevators or handicapped accessibility inside the main mansion. (See Mansion History.)
